Damaged or Lost Items:

International Shipping & Return Policy

If you refuse to accept your package due to high customs fees, we cannot issue a refund or resend the order through another carrier. In such cases, the package will be abandoned by customs.
If you wish to request a refund for your order, please note:
You are responsible for paying any customs fees required to return the package to us.
Once the package arrives back at our warehouse, you will receive a refund for the cost of your order minus the original shipping charges.
