NuvaStep operates this store and this website — including all associated information, content, features, tools, products, and services — to provide you as a customer with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). NuvaStep is hosted by Shopify, which enables us to provide these Services to you.

When you place an order, you are submitting an offer to purchase. NuvaStep reserves the right to accept or decline your order at its sole discretion. Your order is not considered accepted until NuvaStep confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as NuvaStep may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after acceptance. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number you provided at the time of purchase.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service is the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be listed in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, and any customs or import duties.

We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control.

Once we hand the products over to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you.

Unauthorized use may violate federal or state laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by NuvaStep.

NuvaStep names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of NuvaStep or its affiliates or licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.

Nuvastep is hosted by Shopify, which allows us to provide the Services. However, all purchases in our store are made directly with Nuvastep. You agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of a sale between you and Nuvastep, including injuries, damages, or losses related to purchased products or services.

You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from transactions with Nuvastep.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
